Complaints


We are very sorry if you are having a complaint, whether we are to blame for it or not. Please send your complaint in writing (by letter, mail or fax) within 6 weeks to us. State clearly

If you are complaining about a taxi ride with us, please also state:

Only with these data we can consider your complaint, eventually hear the driver involved and take our position. We will inform you by letter about this within two weeks after receipt of your written complaint.

We wish point out to you that Art. 16 of the Terms & Conditions for Taxi Transportation (unfortunately only in Dutch available) is applicable to all complaints and disagreements.

We are connected to the taxi branch official arbitration board called Geschillencommissie Taxivervoer, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP Den Haag. If you disagree with the way we treated your complaint, you may submit it to this authoritative arbitration board.
